Story
LiuS Consulting was founded by Janmajoy Chhotroy to address India’s growing skill shortages and bridge critical skill gaps through specialized practice teams. While building practice teams for Microsoft and Identity Access Management (IAM), Janmajoy and Sushrita Ghosal, his business partner and people leader, recognized the immense challenge of addressing the skill gap in the Indian market.
Determined to tackle this, they established multiple practice teams and went a step further by developing an ATS platform to make their people and partner teams more efficient. Headquartered in Gurugram, India, with a U.S. office in New Jersey, LiuS delivers tailored consulting, resourcing, and ATS solutions.
