The company differentiates itself through its integrated model combining specialized practice teams, a scalable partner-driven talent ecosystem, and a proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform.

Founded by Janmajoy Chhotroy, along with business partner Sushrita Ghosal, LiuS was established to solve a persistent market challenge: the widening gap between enterprise demand for skilled talent and the availability of job-ready professionals, particularly in the Indian and global delivery markets.
